SAFETY STICHING—New Techniques, New Levels of Safety
LOOKWEWLL gear is known around the globe for its precise safety stitching. Just compare the visible stitching of any LOOKWELL garment with our competitor’s products and you will immediately notice the difference. Normal stitching is extremely vulnerable during an unfortunate crash. The thread loops can be severed just from the abrasion on the road surface. Once the loops are cut, the garment can fall apart, leaving the rider unprotected. To prevent this, Safety, or concealed stitching, is used; Panels are stitched from the inside with blind seams and an additional strip of abrasion resistant fabric is added for reinforcement at all the vulnerable seams. Every seam with safety stitching is stitched four to six times.  This is one of the least seen details, yet one of the most important safety features.

BODY ARMOR:
Almost all of the LOOKWELL garments come standard equipped with CE approved protectors or with KNOX armor where indicated. KNOX is well known in Europe for manufacturing the best body armor.
