ONE – PIECE SUIT:
The non-compromising racing cut with anatomical pre-curved
arms and legs, high quality workmanship, safety features, CE
approved armor etc. is dedicated to the serious sports and track
rider. All LOOKWELL suits are made with the same craftsmanship,
care and dedication as the suits you will see on the racetrack.
TWO – PIECE SUIT:
The two-piece suit should be seen as a one-piece suit cut in
half, which means it has a shorter cut jacket that zip to the
pants. The use of a full circumference heavy-duty connection
zipper allows you to zip the 2-piece suit apart.
SAFETY STITCHING:
LOOKWELL gear is known around the globe for its precise safety
stitching. Just compare the visible stitching of any LOOKWELL
garment with our competitor’s products and you will immediately
notice the difference. Normal stitching is extremely vulnerable
during an unfortunate crash. The thread loops can be severed
just from the abrasion on the road surface. Once the loops are
cut, the garment can fall apart, leaving the rider unprotected.
To prevent this, Safety, or concealed stitching, is used;
Panels are stitched from the inside with blind seams and an additional
strip of abrasion resistant leather is added for reinforcement
at all the vulnerable seams. Every seam with safety stitching
is stitched, four to six times. This is one of the least
seen details, yet one of the most important safety features.
BODY ARMOR:
Almost all of the leather garments comes standard with CE approved
and KNOX armor where indicated.
MESH LININGS:
Mesh linings are made of moisture wicking, hypoallergenic fabric
DOUBLE PANELS:
Double leather is applied layer at impact areas.
